Customer satisfaction and safe operation is our main concern. A customer support team comprised of trained support engineers, technicians with their manager, insures this service. Their process follows an escalation procedure that leaves no call unanswered or pending by immediately notifying the hierarchical supervisor of a support officer whenever a call is kept in a pending.

Our services extend from 8/5 to 24/7 support, preventive maintenance or network operations.

All our support operations interventions and trouble tickets are recorded in an internal knowledgebase that will be soon made accessible to our customers.
