Data Consult has a dedicated team for the support issues. This team is made of certified engineers and technicians bound with a support escalation procedure.
There are currently three channels for submitting a technical support request:
-You can either call +961 (1) 380378 (ext 515)
-Submit your request through the website feedback form.
-Or submit your request via email to support@dataconsult.com.lb
- What support contracts does Data Consult provide?
Data Consult technical support programs are flexible. We provide:
-Standard based 8 by 5/24 by 7.
-Tailor based contracts up to the customer needs.

Contact your account manager for more details.
- What if I have a new project?
You have to get in contact with your account manager if you have one. Otherwise, you can do one of the following:
-You can either call +961 (1) 380378
-Submit your request through the website feedback form.
-Or submit your request via email to sales@dataconsult.com.lb
- How can I submit my application for a job or training?
You have to fill and submit an application online, jut browse to About Us-> Job or Training opportunities.
- My router is not responding, what can I do?
Before changing its configuration or resetting your router, try to get access to its console and save the following information:
-show version
-show stacks
-show processes cpu
-show processes memory
-show tech-support

Once you have acquired the above information, forward them to your customer support representative.
- How can I get documentation on a product bought from Data Consult?
You can either browse through our supplier’s website by using the links provided in the Documentation section or send your request to support@dataconsult.com.lb
- How can I get a presentation or a demo on a new product or technology?
Contact your account manager who will put you in contact with the appropriate team.
- How can I assist to a demonstration on the Cisco IP Telephony solution?
Contact your account manager. He will organize a demonstration session in the Data Consult premises, where a full IPT setup is operating live.
